Public Transit: Visit Calgary transit for up-to-date information on bus fare, routes, and transfer tickets.
Airport: The airport offers a public bus service that connects to the C-Train. To get from the Airport to University of Calgary campus, take the Northbound towards Tuscany Station then travel to University Station .
Accommodations
We are pleased to offer special booking rates for accommodations on and off campus for bookings between July 25-July 30. Registrants arriving before July 25 or staying after July 30 and wishing additional accommodation at this rate can contact us directly.
Check-in location for all on campus accommodation is International House, 169 University Gate NW. Each guest should have a government issued photo ID to present and a credit card for incidental charges.
On Campus
International House at 169 University Gate NW, Calgary, AB T2N 4V5 is a 3-minute walk from the Reeve Theatre and the Taylor Family Digital Library, and offers two-bedroom dormitory apartments and standard one-bedroom dorm rooms. Although neither option includes breakfast, Good Earth Cafe at the Taylor Family Digital Library has many breakfast options. Guests staying in on campus are welcome to park in the main level of the Art Parkade. Current (2023) charge is $11.00 per day. In and out privileges are available for those who bill their parking charges to their guest room. Please have your license plate information, make of the car and province/state of registration ready to be provided at check-in. Parking rates are subject to change without notice.

Aloft Calgary University is located roughly 10 minutes from the University of Calgary campus and 20 minutes from downtown, and is easily accessible by the C-train lightrail (Banff Trail Station).
